To kick off our second season of #Getinspired, architect Rahul Mehrotra invites us into the Cept library in Ahmedabad. The unique building has 12 interactive spaces spanning 6 levels. It also has 3 'skins' that are nestled into each other - the outer skin, the middle glass layer and the central core.

Students here have the choice to study in small groups and engage with the environment on the upper levels or read in quietude in the underground portals. Being an ex student here, Rahul has used simple materials to demonstrate not only what makes architecture, but also the way it performs.
