Co-founded by Saurabh Ailawadi and Shweta Mewara, Gulmohar Lane works with talented craftsmen, some of whom are fourth generation artisans and karigars. Some have even been working for royal families of Rajasthan. It is them who transform designs into timeless products.

You can even customise a Gulmohar Lane sofa by using a fabric of your choice. All you need to do is send the fabric to the production team, which will need to approve the fabric after ascertaining its suitability for upholstery. 

In its endeavour to assist craftsmen and preserve and popularise traditional techniques of sofa and furniture making, the brand has tied up with Vishwakarma Swayam Sahayata Samuh. This NGO provides education and training to local artisans. 

Gulmohar Lane wants to come up with more and more products that are not only beautiful but which also provide comfort and are fairly priced. Natural fabrics and materials are used to create these items.
