Working with structural constraints, SPASM Design Architects introduces a dynamic design element which purposefully transforms this chic residence. If thinking out of the box is regarded as avant-garde, then thinking within a box can also sometimes make quite a statement. The ultra-chic interiors designed by Sanjeev Panjabi and Sangeeta Merchant amply prove this point in their own unique way. This particular creation involved combining two apartments to create one living space, amounting to a generous 3000 sq. ft. The designing genius of the architect duo lies in their eye for detail. The client’s brief was to create a contemporary modern space, which need not necessarily have Indian leanings. Whilst experimenting with the form and aspect of the apartment, SPASM design architects have kept the colour palette to a minimum and left the apartment with an imprint of their design style and the client with a satisfied smile.
