The residence designed by Bhavna Jacob is at Chembur; where two flats were combined to form one four bed room apartment of 2200 sq.ft. One of the two flats’ kitchen and master bedroom were combined to form a larger living room. This was one client who wanted a very classy and elegant look and he definitely didn’t want loud or colourful interiors. The client always had lots of family members in and out of the house. A very mature person, he wanted his residence to reflect his élan. The flat was completely new; hence the flooring and other civil work didn’t have to be changed.
