Signa designed this apartment by the name of Peregrine in central Mumbai with the basic design idea focusing on purity, cleanliness, plenty of storage and an overall sense of space. The apartment did not permit the opening up of internal walls; hence lead designer Darshana Patel and her team had to work in a fixed frame work while trying to capitalise on the fabulous sea view available of the apartment. The windows were made larger to enhance the view from all the rooms including the bedrooms, living space and the kitchen. Keeping in mind the sense of purity and cleanliness of the home, the firm has used a lot of white lamination interspersed with muted shades of veneer.
