Colonial-styled diagonal patterns, with a conventional border, anoint the flooring in the same natural stone; and window treatments are appealingly warm with the use of bamboo chick blinds. Beautiful old chandeliers, copper lamps and sculptures compliment some excellent vintage pieces of furniture partially restored and partially re-created to hone the period simulation. Identification and strategic placement of furniture and objets d’art have been instrumental in the final décor.
