The flame finished beige granite and glass building of the O-Hotel is one of the landmarks in Pune\\\'s hospitality sector designed by P. G. Patki Architects and Associates. The sweep of colours, textures and themes in the hotel capture the changing social perceptions, drawing both from the international dining culture and contemporary lifestyle.

Despite the constraint of the tight rectangular plot, the core team left no stone unturned, using a plethora of materials and themes woven so intricately and deliberately that the end result is a fine piece of art. The bold and vivid strokes in the design has been controlled to maintain elegance and decorum. The interiors reflect the spirit of the times, a multicultural theme in one context.
