The designer duo Disha Bhavsar and Shivani Ajmera from The Quirk Studio, Mumbai opine, ‘Design and art should have the power to transport you into another world, allow you to dream and most importantly invoke an emotional response’.
With clients such as Portico New York, Godrej Interio, BoConcept, AZB & Partners, Casa Vogue, CAA Kwan, Saregama Pvt Ltd, Deltin Group, Valcucine, Josmo Studio, Beekalene Fabrics etc, as well as several architects and private clients, Quirk Studio has rapidly secured a strong client base and are looking at increasing their list of satisfied clients.
The interiors of an Entertainment and Talent management company in Mumbai have been designed by them along the lines of simplicity and order. The brief given by the client for this project was that the space had to be young, fresh and vibrant, yet minimal and uncluttered, thus reflecting their brand identity. While developing the design concept, the designers kept in mind, functionality and form along with aesthetic.
A fine mix of natural materials and black and white graphics with bright pops of colour, dominate the look and feel. Creating different zones within the space, catering to various functions in the organization, was creatively fun and challenging, for the design team.
