Neesha Alwani and Shruti Jalan of N+S Partners have carved out a comfortable executive niche atop the 27th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel at Worli, Mumbai. To design the sprawling 3000 sq. ft. executive space for the directors of this hi-profile hospitality chain, they pooled in a good measure of temperance with panache and hi-gloss. The resultant office space is a chic ensemble. The location of being atop the 27th floor of a high rise with spectacular views of the Mumbai Race Course and the Bandra-Worli Sea-Link conveniently led to a spatial layout that endowed the main director’s cabin with the most beatific view. The subsequent linearity of the space was then functionally demarcated with the smaller meeting rooms and the secretaries seating towards the inner wall while the other director cabins (four in all) and the conference room were given their hierarchical importance, along the view.
