A call centre with a personal touch – architect Kiran Kapadia of Kapadia Associates talks about his approach in designing Epicenter Technologies. The office area was divided on two floors; the 25,000 square feet on the lower floor housed the call centre operations with the main work space, cafeteria, lockers, discussion rooms and reception, while the 10,000 sq ft on the higher level took care of the administration, training and marketing activities. This level was kept relatively simple with its focus being on functionality, but the lower floor, with its few hundred employees, truly emulates the essence of the project
