The firm of Signa carefully blends a savvy design aesthetic with technology keeping with their theme of ‘global minimalism.’ Designer Darshana Patel says that her client wanted the interior design for the office of his investment banking firm, Atherstone, to show its coming of age and not seem like a modular office. That explains the airiness and uncluttered look that this office has. The office showcases its youth, vibrancy and above all transparency - to echo its style of functioning, which is extremely transparent. Right from the entrance the office has an open plan with no waiting area, unlike traditional offices. In Atherstone’s technology driven design which is alive with gee whiz gadgetry, the innovations are never in your face, but unobtrusive and seemingly innocuous, revealing themselves only when put to use.
