Sykz, a total fitness center situated at Lokhandwala, is one of the team’s latest projects. The gym is spread over an extensive area of 16,000sq. ft. on a single floor. This fitness club was meant for the elite, and the interiors had to reflect their sensibilities, even the name of the club was chosen to evoke a sense of curiosity and to suggest something far from ordinary. As per the architect Zubin Zainnudin the gym has a fairly open layout, with mirrors suspended from the ceiling permitting transparency between the passages. As you step out of the lift, a curved, complicated, yet arresting orange partition wall, with semi-private glass windows gives you a glimpse of what is happening inside the gym. Spotlights and sign-boards guide you to the long cantilevered reception table on the right which lead to the changing rooms beyond.
