TGI Friday restaurants around the world have standardised interiors and décor. But in their Mumbai restaurant they add zip and a pinch of classic style that reflect their desire to go modern. When they decided to open one in Mumbai, they opted to completely overhaul and change the décor. They wanted to modernise the interiors. Architect Sanjay Puri took the brief a step further and created a unique identity for the restaurant.
